for Anti-Immigrant Bias in House of Delegates

Elvira Arellano

A message of solidarity to the VIRGINA PEOPLE's STRUGGLE FOR

IMMIGRANT RIGHTS:

Elvira Arellano from the FAMILIA LATINA UNIDA and Emma Lozano

From CENTRO SIN FRONTERAS- Chicago support you in your struggle.

We are praying for you. We know that you are suffering from the

unjust laws against undocumented immigrants. The message we send you is

to resist and to demand a moratorium to stop the raids y deportations.

WE need to demand a change in the laws that are being discussed in

Congress, locally and nation wide.

On february 14 we are calling for a national day of action.

Elvira Arellano has called for 100 days of prayer and action.

We hope to unite our struggles and our forces for immigrant rights

and a HUMANE IMMIGRATION REFORM.

Anti-Immigrant Legislation in the USA

Sent: 07 Feb '07 00:09

Such actions as in the Virginia Legislature are deplorable.

I support the > basic demands of: a halt on the anti- immigrant political climate,

A moratorium on the raids, and a comprehensive and humane immigration

reform. The proposals before the legislature in Virginia are shameful you

are not alone, in Australia our conservative government also treats refugees and asylum seekers as criminals and progressive Australians empathise with you .

Yours in Solidarity,

Brian T. Manning

Love our neighbors as ourselves

Greetings my friends! I share in your sadness with the fearful tactics the legislators are planning in Virginia. Their ancestors must be saddened as well since they were immigrants themselves and praised God for the wonderful land that He provided them. I pray that their offsprings will

be touched in a very special way and reach out to the migrants looking for a new life in the promise land. Whatever happen to the reaching out and touching someone?

Let that someone be God's migrants. Please let

me know that if there is anything that I can do in addition to prayers.

Blessings,

Shalom and A Dios,

Carlos
